Speaking of firsts, last Wednesday I returned from my first international trip of 2025 - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 🇸🇦
KSA marks the 59th country I’ve visited so far on this whirlwind journey of life, and it did not disappoint! I went with high hopes of meeting an Arabian Prince with five wives. Naturally, the plan was to become the sixth — a strategic move. After all, the first five would handle the wife duties while I gracefully enjoy the royal lifestyle I’m clearly destined to live.
As it turns out, the fairytale didn’t manifest itself on this trip. I flew home in a commercial plane, not a flying magic carpet. But hey, the year’s just getting started.
However, what did manifest was something even better: the opportunity to connect with my favorite people in the world — LPs! Conversations were as rich as the Arabian coffee and just as energizing.
Based on my Uber history (shoutout to their detailed receipts), the entire door-to-door journey from my hotel in Riyadh to my place in Austin took a grand total of 29 hours and 2 minutes. Yes, almost 30 hours! Was it my longest trip ever? Possibly. Most exhausting? Definitely up there. But when you’re chasing global opportunities, airline status, and expanding horizons, you take those marathon travel days in stride.
Given my extensive travel schedule, people often ask, “How do you have so much energy with all that jet-setting?” To be honest, travel does get to me. Long-haul flights, time zone chaos, and the occasional why-is-this-airport-so-huge sprint to a connecting gate all take their toll. But I’ve picked up a few tricks to keep me running at peak performance—because let’s be honest, looking and feeling fabulous while practically living in airports is an extreme sport.
One of my secret weapons? IV therapy. Yes, I take vitamins, but I don’t just settle for the basic pop a pill with water routine. Nope—I go full biohacker mode and get my nutrients via IV drips at a wellness center. When I mentioned this to the nurse drawing my blood for my Function Health test, she chuckled and called it “Designer Health.” Honestly? I’ll take it. If I can’t have designer shopping tax-free on every trip, I might as well have designer wellness.
My go-to drip? Glutathione and Vitamin C. Now, I assume you’re already besties with Vitamin C—it’s the immune-boosting, skin-glowing, do-it-all superstar. But Glutathione? That one was new to me until recently. Turns out, it’s like the VIP security guard for your cells—detoxifying, fighting oxidative stress, and even helping with skin health. It’s considered the master antioxidant.
Yours truly getting an IV treatment at Restore Hyper Wellness
Now, before you run off to book your first IV therapy session, let me give you a little insider tip—one I wish someone had shared with me before I went all-in.
When I first discovered IV treatments, I was hooked. Like, every-week-like-clockwork hooked. I was rolling up to the wellness center like it was my second home. But as it turns out, my veins are as sensitive as my feelings, and after a while, I began developing scar tissue—a not-so-glamorous side effect of frequent IVs.
Scar tissue in veins happens when repeated needle insertions or minor trauma cause damage to the vein walls. This can lead to visible, sometimes bulging veins that mess with blood flow.
So, I had to switch things up. Enter: vitamin subcutaneous injections.

Glutathione, B12, NAD+ Subcutaneous Injections
After some research, I found AgelessRX and signed up for a subscription to receive Glutathione, B12, and NAD+ (btw, stay tuned for an entire newsletter on NAD+ because that deserves its own deep dive).
Now, I’ve got a system: I inject myself every other day and reserve IV treatments for every other week. This way, my veins get a well-deserved break while my body still gets the nutrients it needs.
Why go the IV/injection route instead of just taking vitamins in pill form? Simple—bioavailability. When you take vitamins orally, they have to pass through your digestive system, where a good chunk of the nutrients gets lost along the way. IVs and injections, on the other hand, deliver the good stuff straight into your bloodstream, making them way more efficient.
So, if you’re thinking about upgrading your vitamin game, consider a mix of IVs and injections.
I’m always open to new tricks—especially if they involve minimal effort and maximum results!
